About Me

A registered member of the British Association For Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a qualified integrative counsellor since 2015, I work with both adults and children / young people (CYP). My approach includes person centred, psychodynamic and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) methodology. I abide by the BACP ethical framework.

I have experience of working with clients with a wide range of emotional issues including loss and bereavement, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger management. My experience has been developed at Cruse Bereavement Care, The Mulberry Centre (cancer care), Roehampton University well-being service counselling students, at Richmond Aid disability charity and in private practice.

How do I operate?

I offer an assessment, then one to one sessions by phone, Zoom, Face Time or face to face in South West London (TW11). To book a session please either call or text me on 0771 284 2619 or email Sessions are 50 minutes in duration and I offer reduced rates for those who are unemployed and in receipt of benefits, training to work in counselling, or retired.

My work is fully supervised by a qualified supervisor, insured, and I carry out regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
